Filtering Beer and Wine
12/29/04 We had some friends over to sample several beers and cheeses. The KLOB
group has a
special December Beer/Cheese meeting every year, I just had to copy the idea.
Clockwise from top: "Cambozola", triple
cream soft ripened from Germany, this has the Penicillium roqueforti
and candidum strains in it. "Swiss Emmenthaler", aged well over 100
days, from Switzerland - of course.
"Gouda"aged yellow rind, Italian. "Applewood Smoked Chedder".
"Gorgonzola", soft italian cheese.
"Chimay Grand Crue", stinky soft Belgian cheese.

up.
(I owed him, since he helped me brew a batch of "Pisselchest Pale Ale".)

Thanks to Scott for the bottle of Celler Dunkel Festbier - direct
from Germany!

dehydration. That explains why he took the jug away with him,
