There are also a few more below....

An early all-grain setup. My wife suggested that I move my operation outdoors, but why?

I had a sink installed in the garage and fit a 15 gallon setup in a
modified rack. I soon realized that something portable and smaller
would be handy. That's Kim checking the temp of the 2nd fermentor
as it fills from the boiling kettle. Thumb's up, must be OK...

Same kettles, but most everything else has changed - for the better..

Three new huge burners were used, each with four rings that are independently controlled.

Plenty of small flames make more efficient use of the propane.
I like the clean design and low profile, I may put a little motor on it and drive it around town to show my buddies.
I am currently in the process of fitting the system with a 28
gallon mash tun, 25 gallon
hot liquor tank, and a 31 gallon boiling kettle. A herms system is also in the
design phase.
Although I do like the reliability and simplicity of the manual control method...
I still can't make up my mind!

Here is a new 25 gallon kettle with a weldless fitting and screen ready to install.
